In the event of any duplicate charges due to an error in processing, failure to fulfill any of the special design/development requirements or inability to complete your order according to the delivery policy, the full amount of the order will be refunded.
If you are not satisfied with any services promised by Fusion creative solution, you can submit a refund request within fifteen (15) days of completing the initial design for a 100% refund. However, it is assumed between the parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if no refund request is received within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the initial design.
For web design and development projects, once the design is completed and the customer requests a refund after 15 days of finalizing the design, the order amount will be recovered with a 50% discount as the entire design services will be provided with customer satisfaction.
If we will fail to deliver your work on time, you can request for 100% refund.
